Setting up of offsite Whistleblowing

Due to the sensitive nature of sexual harassment, bulling and victimisation, DREMIK will offer a service of managing a whistleblowing hotline for the company.

Often in these cases, employees are traumatised and would want to speak to someone that will understand their dilemma and be in a position to address their matter in a confidential manner.

Our Director Kim Lebotschy will personally manage this hotline system and in turn will report through to the company of the complaint, tip off etc being reported.
