Drafting Workplace Policies
In accordance with the code of good practice a policy is a documented system of principles to guide decisions and achieve rational outcomes.
Should the company have a current policy in place we will ensure that the policy is procedurally correct and adopted by the governance body within the organisation.
Should no policy be in place we will draft a policy for the organisation to be adopted by the governance body within the organisation.
Policies can assist in both subjective and objective decision making based on the relative merits with a number of factors taken into consideration
Training can be conducted for all employees on the policy to ensure that they are informed and have a clear understanding of the policy.
A company has to prove that they have and exercise a “zero tolerance” approach for any sexual harassment, bulling and victimisation in their organisation.
